Non-Marketing Messages: consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notifications, tax and accounting service follow-ups, document or information request notifications, account updates, and client support.

Marketing Messages: accounting and tax planning updates, educational content, newsletter updates, service announcements, deadline reminders, and occasional promotional offers.
