Definitive Solutions Inc (operating under the brand Definitive CPA) provides accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, advisory, QuickBooks, and tax relief services to individuals and businesses in the United States and Canada. The specific services provided to you will be governed by a separate engagement agreement or understanding reached between you and Definitive Solutions Inc.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and do not, by themselves, create an accounting, tax, or financial engagement. No engagement exists until agreed to in writing or otherwise confirmed between you and Definitive Solutions Inc.
2. Text Messaging SMS/MMS Program Terms
This section describes the terms that apply to our SMS/MMS text messaging program. By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent checkbox on our contact form, you agree to these terms.
2.1 Program Description
Non-Marketing Messages: consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notifications, tax and accounting service follow-ups, document or information request notifications, account updates, and client support.
Marketing Messages: accounting and tax planning updates, educational content, newsletter updates, service announcements, deadline reminders, and occasional promotional offers.
2.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user interaction and selected communication preferences.
2.3 Consent
By checking the applicable consent checkbox on our contact form and providing a phone number, you consent to receive the selected types of text messages from Definitive Solutions Inc. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years or older.

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us.
